The Managing Director, BESCOM, has desired to convene district wise interaction meetings with customers welfare associations and customers during September / October 2004. This is proposed in order to build confidence among officers / employees in carrying out their responsibilities in serving the customers and also to have feed back of customers. It is a part of communication campaign to bring in awareness among the customers / officers / employees about happenings in the company and recent initiatives undertaken by BESCOM.

b) Potential Customers.
c) Women Welfare Association representatives.
d) Representatives of Local NGO's if any.
e) Chief General Manager El., (Coml,O&M) / General Manager (C O &M) / Executive Engineers El., / Assistant Executive Engineers El., O&M / Vigilance / RT / MT / Deputy General Managers (F&C) / Assistant General Managers (F&C) of concerned districts.
(2) For GVP Meeting:
a) Chief General Manager Ele.,(Compl, O&M) / Executive Engineers El., (C, O&M) / Deputy General Managers (F&C)
b) All GVPs.
